There were 3 types of mini cakes; marble with butter cream, butter pecan with light caramel butter cream, and vanilla with butter cream and strawberry filling. The top 6” cake was marble with butter cream icing. All cakes were covered with marshmallow fondant with a bottom border of fondant ribbon.
