These baby shower cup cakes were ordered by the grandmother to be for her daughter.

The baby shower cup cakes flavor was white cake, topped with chocolate butter cream and finished with a fondant bear.

The pregnant lady baby shower cake topper is also hand made with marshmallow fondant.

It was said that she had a good time at the shower!

This monkey baby shower cake was ordered by Kristie S. from Raleigh for her daughter Kali's baby shower.

The cake flavor was white with buttercream and strawberry filling covered with our hand made marshmallow fondant.

The cupcakes were banana cream filled with fondant decorated banana toppers, yummy!

They are decorated just like cakes with icing, fondant, and sometimes sprinkles.

Back in the day, in the 1800’s, these small cakes were baked in individual pottery cups which is where they got their name “cup cakes.”

Cup cakes are a lower cost alternative and are more often being used as a substitute for wedding cakes .

It’s also easier to serve because they are already portioned and in a serving paper cup.

This cup cake tree was ordered by Lauren P. of Morrisville, NC for her daughter’s 3rd birthday celebration.

Because the birthday was on July 4th Lauren decided to go with the red white and blue theme.

Lauren ordered 75 cupcakes of which half were white cake & half were chocolate flavor topped with red white and blue butter cream icing and an edible #3.

The 6” cake on top of the stand was red velvet with cream cheese icing and covered with our hand made marshmallow fondant.

We are getting more and more request for cup cake wedding cakes these days.
