This large UNC cake was very fun to make! We had a lot of cake carving leftovers and enjoyed the feast! It measured 38 inches and it wouldn’t fit out the door without tilting it! Whew! It made it, but next time we will keep it under 36 inches. The cake flavor was chocolate with butter cream icing colored to match the UNC Chapel Hill blue. This groom’s cake was for Chris. This Raiders football picture cake was for a small birthday and served eight. Thomas was celebrating his 15th birthday and he was very surprised to see his favorite football team on his cake. We used edible paper and edible ink made from rice and potatoes. At least that part of the cake was healthy! Whether it's hockey, golf, tennis, basketball, or Nascar; surprise them with a cake that they will enjoy and remember.
